ili lusso currently uses UPS, FedEx and USPS ground shipping to deliver packages. Your order will generally leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are determined by which state the package is being delivered to and the weight of your package.

When will my order ship?

• Orders will be processed & shipped the next business day.
• Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic (including Alaska and Hawaii)

• Ground: Typically 2-6 business days
• Expedited options (Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day): As noted

Canada

• Ground: 5-10 business days

What courier service do you use?

• Packages are shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and which shipping option you choose.

When will I receive tracking information?

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed.  However, it may take a few hours to appear in the UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.

Can I change my address after an order is placed?
